If the desk cannot add value to a request, in price, source, access or time, we tell you, and the request goes back to your allowance.

In your first 30 days, you can leave with no early-exit fee. (The initiation fee covers onboarding and is not refunded once onboarding begins.)

Apply
Apply with a $500 deposit on card. The deposit holds your place in review; it is not a guarantee and it is refunded in full if you are declined.

Review
Every application is reviewed personally by the founder, including who introduced you. Approval arrives as a personal invitation within five business days.

Activate
Pay the $4,500 remaining on your initiation fee and your first month by bank transfer within 48 hours. Your deposit is already credited. If the window lapses, the deposit is refunded in full.

Onboard
In your first week the desk builds your foundation: elite status matches, hotel and rental rates set up on your accounts, your flight strategy, credit-card sequence and a profile of how you live. Then you start requesting.
Two numbers.
The rest is detail.
Covers your setup in week one. Your $500 deposit is credited after approval.
One membership, full access. Your plan sets the number of requests.

Society is the individual membership. Principal is the by-invitation household tier within Society: one shared allowance, family members and a house manager as delegates, and your rules on what needs your approval.
The only limits are the law and good taste. Your plan sets how many requests, never which ones.

How do I make a request?+
Open it from your member dashboard, which shows what you have left. The desk then texts you directly and keeps it all in writing. What can I ask for? The only limits are the law and good taste: a jet, a car, a table, a gift, a school shortlist, weekly flowers. Your plan sets how many, never which ones.
Can my family use it?+
Society membership is for one named member and that member’s requests. Principal is the separate household tier: one shared allowance, with adult family members or a house manager authorized as delegates. Every request draws from the shared allowance. Principal is by invitation and conversation.
Who pays for the bookings?+
You do, usually straight to the vendor. When the desk pays a vendor for you, it does so only after your funds clear. Event tickets and fees are the member's.
Who do the people you find work for?+
You. The desk finds, vets and introduces. You meet them, decide and agree terms with them directly. TUS introduces; you hire. TUS does not employ or place staff.
Is the deposit refundable?+
Yes, in full, if you are declined or if the 48-hour balance window lapses.
What if I need more one month?+
Move up a plan at any time, and move down at renewal. Something bigger than a request, like a relocation or a milestone celebration, is planned on an estimate call, scoped and priced to the work.
Do you give investment advice?+
No. TUS may make an introduction and share general context. Funding decisions are made by lenders. TUS does not arrange financing or guarantee approval, terms, or amount. Investment decisions sit with you and your own adviser.
What about buying a car?+
TUS members access M4LM as part of their membership. A purchase is one request; the vehicle runs on its own disclosed terms.
